How to Install Your Signature
- 1Click Copy for Gmail above. This copies your signature as formatted HTML to the clipboard.
- 2Open Gmail → click the gear icon (top right) → See all settings.
- 3Scroll down to the Signature section → click Create new. Name it "Arbion" or similar.
- 4In the signature text box, click the </> icon in the toolbar to open the HTML editor.
- 5Paste with
Cmd+V(Mac) orCtrl+V(Windows), then click OK. - 6Scroll to the bottom of Settings and click Save Changes.
If you do not see a </> HTML button, use Open Preview instead, press
Cmd+A then Cmd+C, and paste directly into Gmail's signature editor.- 1Click Copy for Gmail above (the button copies HTML that works in Outlook Mac too).
- 2Open Outlook → Outlook menu (top menu bar) → Settings (or Preferences) → Signatures.
- 3Click + to add a new signature. Give it a name (e.g. "Arbion").
- 4Click inside the signature body area, then press
Cmd+Vto paste. - 5Close Settings. Under Default Signatures, set it as your default for new emails if desired.
If the paste loses formatting (rare): click Open Preview instead, press
Cmd+A then Cmd+C in the new tab, and paste that into Outlook.- 1Click Copy for Gmail above (the button copies HTML that works in Apple Mail too).
- 2Open Apple Mail → Mail menu → Settings (or Preferences on older macOS) → Signatures.
- 3Select your email account on the left, click + to add a signature.
- 4Uncheck Always match my default message font — essential for HTML signatures.
- 5Click in the signature editing area and paste with
Cmd+V.
If the paste loses formatting: click Open Preview instead, press
Cmd+A then Cmd+C in the new tab, and paste that into Apple Mail.- 1On your Mac, compose a new email, make sure your signature is inserted, then send it to yourself.
- 2Open that email on your iPhone or iPad. Press and hold on the signature area until the selection handles appear.
- 3Tap Select All, then Copy.
- 4Go to Settings → Mail → Signature.
- 5Clear any existing text and paste. The formatting will carry across.
iOS Mail signatures are limited in what styling they preserve. The logo and basic layout should appear correctly, but some fine details may vary across iOS versions.
- 1Open the Gmail app on your Android device.
- 2Tap the three-line menu (top left) → Settings → tap your email account.
- 3Tap Mobile Signature.
- 4The mobile app only supports plain text. Add a simple text version of your name and title here.
For a full HTML signature on Android, open Gmail in Chrome and tap the menu → Request Desktop Site. Then follow the Gmail steps above - the full HTML signature will be active for emails you send from the desktop version.
